This meditation has been designed to help you create a life with more peace, love and harmony. It is based on the ancient ritual Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono), a simple yet powerful ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.

You can use this practice to heal any relationship or situation, even the relationship that you have with yourself. By using this practice, you are apologizing and releasing any part that you played in the co-creation of anything unpleasant. Even though someone else may have done you wrong, or you may have even just been an innocent witness to a traumatic experience, please know that you are not claiming responsibility for the actions of another. You are only seeking forgiveness for your part in the co-creation of that experience, by repeating the words: 

I love you
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you

As you listen to this meditation, simply listen to the words and feel their presence in your heart space. While doing so, focus on a particular relationship or situation that you would like to improve or bring healing to. Be aware of any feelings or experiences that come up for you. Don’t attach to anything. Don’t try to force anything. Simply trust and with non-judgement, witness the feelings and experiences that come up for you.
