Judging yourself is actually the worst form of self-sabotage. That intense self criticism that is constantly running through the back of your mind, is actually chipping away at your personal power, one little judgment at a time, and keeping you from creating your best life possible.
So if you really want to create your life on your terms, you have got to stop judging yourself.
Practicing non judgment towards yourself is not always easy. Especially since you’ve probably been doin it your entire life. But once you learn how to stop judging yourself, and master the art of non judgment and radical self acceptance, you begin to take your power back, and finally find freedom from judgment.
